I love many different types of music. From Virgin black, which is Doom/Gothic/Symphonic Metal and probably my favorite band, to stuff like Rise Against, Three Days Grace, Linkin park...

Man, I have a whole ton of favorite music. I really like all different genres. As long as the tunes are good and the lyrics are intelligent, I'll listen to orchestral, rock, alternative rock, pop, country... really anything. The only types of music I don't really like are screamo (so -- much -- screaming >.<), rap (too many rap songs utilize profanity), and Auto-Tune electropop songs like those by Lady Gaga and Brittney Spears and a ton of other pop artists.
